Her goal as a health care provider is to optimize the body’s innate ability to heal. By optimizing the structural, chemical and mental aspects of health, she empowers the body to heal and restore its balance.
In order to achieve this balance, Dr. Nellis uses a combination of hands-on therapies to address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has an extensive history in dealing with vertigo, pregnancy and post-pregnancy related symptoms, thoracic outlet syndrome, post concussion syndrome, headaches, whiplash, as well as other conditions.
Originally from Quebec City, QC, Dr. Nellis is also fluent in French. When she is not at the clinic, you can find her on the soccer field, running outdoors, hiking, meditating and reading.
