Sarah Lamb, MPT
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. She continued her studies at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated with her Master’s in Physical Therapy.
Being involved in athletics has been a big part of Sarah’s life since she was young, which made physiotherapy a natural fit for her. She is passionate about helping others return to their own active lifestyles. Sarah has experience working with a large variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries from arthritis to pregnancy–related back and pelvic pain. Working with individuals experiencing vertigo and persistent post-concussion symptoms is another area of practice she thoroughly enjoys.
Sarah uses a combination of hands–on techniques with individualized exercise programs to help clients return to the activities and sports they love. She firmly believes in giving her clients the tools they need to help themselves on their road to recovery!
When Sarah isn’t at the clinic, you can find her spending time with her young family, playing volleyball, slo-pitch, trying new recipes, or enjoying a glass of wine.
