Ally Bradshaw, Kin
Ally graduated with special honours from York University with a Bachelor in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. As a practicing kinesiologist and member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists, Ally brings over 6 years of practical experience leading clients in private and semi-private training, classes, as well as local workshops and international retreats.
Blending her background in kinesiology and yoga, she thrives on teaching you how to reconnect to your body and helps you take back control of your movements. Ally primarily works with individuals with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. She specializes in neuromuscular training, postural and core education, functional training, injury specific rehabilitation and conditioning, and breathwork. Having previously sustained multiple concussions herself, she also has a special interest in post-concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
Ally has a contagious enthusiasm and passion for bringing health and wellness to the lives of others. This is evident through her education, career, and the level of care she brings to all of her clients. She continues to advance her learning through professional education and self-study. She hopes to inspire others to explore movement and mindfulness, and to make personal well-being their top priority. Ally firmly believes that “it’s not just about showing people how to move, but providing them with necessary tools to attain their highest level of health and to maintain it with confidence.”
When not in the clinic, studio, or studying, you can most likely find Ally practicing yoga, running on the local trails, cliff jumping, off-roading, kayaking, paddleboarding, camping, or hiking with her new pup!
